I understand that in order to pledge/join/accept membership in a Greek-letter social organization, I must have earned at least 12 credits at Marquette with at least a 2.5* cumulative QPA or higher, or I must have transferred at 12 credit hours from another college or university (not including AP credits). I hereby authorize the release of the above academic information to verify my eligibility. *Please note that individual organizations and/or governing bodies may have stricter requirements than those stated here. My electronic signature below hereby authorizes Marquette University, through its Office of Engagement and Inclusion or Office of Student Development, to release my academic status (semester QPA, cumulative QPA, semester credit hours, and total credit hours) and Marquette University conduct status (in cases of probation or above) to appropriate officials (executive board, chapter advisors, International Headquarters staff) of the fraternity/sorority I join.
